Emergency Preparedness

Richland Public Health is the lead agency in the event of a county emergency of a biological nature, either through an infectious disease or terrorist threat. But you should also be prepared in case of other emergencies.

Purchase Birth Certificates

Birth certificates will be mailed as soon as possible after ordering. Locally, mail delivery should take one to three days and less than a week out of state depending on your local mail service.

WIC (Women, Infants, Children)

WIC provides nutrition counseling, nutritious foods, help in finding health care, breastfeeding support & education, voter registration, and farmer’s market coupons for fresh fruits & vegetables during the summer months.

Commercial Plumbing Services

The Plumbing Inspection Unit ensures that all commercial and residential plumbing installations are in compliance with the regulations set forth by the Ohio Plumbing Code.
