Richland Public Health has Residential and Commercial Plumbing jurisdiction in Richland County and Commercial Jurisdiction in Crawford, Huron, Knox, Morrow and Wyandot counties. We also do Commercial and Residential plumbing inspections in the city of Galion.

WHO IS A PLUMBER?
