Community Health Improvement Plan
The 2017-2020 Richland County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) is a long-term, systematic effort to address health problems in our community. It is based on the results of the 2016 Community Health Assessment (CHA).
Residential &
Commercial Jurisdiction
Many community stakeholders, known as the Community Health Assessment Partners, worked together to determine Richland County’s priority health issues and the best ways to address them. The two priority areas we will focus on are:
- Chronic Disease
- Mental Health and Addiction
