Community Health Assessment
The 2016 Richland County Community Health Assessment (CHA) was conducted to gain a better understanding of the health concerns of our community. It was created using survey data collected from over 1,700 Richland County residents, and designed by a collaborative group of 26 county, city, and area nonprofit organizations. This valuable information was used to create our Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)
