On January 1, 2020, revisions to the Private Water System Rules, Chapter 3701-28 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) become effective. Private water systems contractors must review these rule changes to be able to comply with the requirements for private water systems constructed, altered, repaired, or sealed in Ohio.
