Live Well Richland!
We want to hear from you!
Richland Public Health is asking for Richland County community partner’s and resident’s input on the health of Richland County. We are working hard to complete the Community Health Improvement plan (CHIP). We are asking the community to participate and complete the Community Health Assesment. Participation from all community members is vital. The results of the survey are used to create the CHIP.
“This is one of the four measurements our county needs to complete for the Community Health Assessment (CHA) process” said Dr. Julie Chaya, Director of Community Health & Prevention Sciences at Richland Public Health. “ The information collected from this assessment will help us identify how our local public health system can best serve Richland County residents going forward”.
Together, we can do more than each of us alone!
Live Well Richland is a local initiative with the vision for building better health, living safely, and thriving. This will be accomplished through collective impact, the diverse resources and the backbone support of all Richland County residents. Together, we can work to ensure that wherever you live, work, play, or pray in Richland County, an organization nearby is working to improve your health and well-being.
